The Healing Minute
YOUR chance to make a huge difference
I am being guided very strongly to the creation of 'the healing minute'.
Basically,what this entails is the focusing/combining of energies upon the Earth with the intention of creating positive change.
This is a brief daily process that requires nothing more than your intention to heal, love and share.
It works like this.
The Healing Minute is from 11am to 11.01am every day- no matter where you are in this world of ours.
During this minute you are asked to do, think, say or feel something of a high positive vibration.
( and it doesnt even have to be for the whole minute ! As long as it happens between 11am and 11.01am is the important thing)
Some suggestions would be :
*a minute of meditation/ inner focus/self awareness
*a minute of distance or hands on healing
*a minute of gratitude- say THANK YOU, write THANK YOU, email/text THANK YOU
*a minute in the garden
*a minute of peace and quiet
*an ARK - act of random kindness
and there are so many more.

Imagine the energy and vibration in our world, if everyone, just paused for a minute each day to say THANK YOU, to send love, healing or to reflect on positive instead of negetive thoughts.
It will be amazing!
So, how to start..............
As is to be expected, it is very simple..............JUST START !!
At 11am today, no matter where you are in the world, at 11am, just do it !!
I would suggest that those of you with mobile phones, set an alarm for 11am each day: this way no matter where you are, you will have the opportunity to participate in 'the healing minute'
Everyone can do this- Every single one of us !!!!
If you are a non mobile person you may need to devise another way to 'prompt' you but soon you will fall into the habit of an 11am 'HEALING' break.
